Requirements:
Bidders shall fill-up and submit “Bidding Rules & Conformity Form” on or before 03 March 2010 (Wednesday).
The accomplished “Bid & Conformity” form shall be placed in a sealed envelope. On the face of the envelope shall be written the name of the bidder and the description of the vehicle (e.g. plate no., make, type, model, color) subject of the bid.
All bidders should submit their “Bid & Conformity” with corresponding 10% earnest money to Jeyson / Ramon, Acquired Asset Unit of Robinsons Savings Bank, at Ground Floor Octagon Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. For bidders from the JG Summit companies, forms are available with their respective HR Departments, which shall submit bids on or before 3 March 2010.

8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday (Weekend – by Appointment)
Bidding:
The auction sale is open to all employees/officers of the JG Summit Group and its affiliates and the general public.
Opening of the sealed bids will be on 4 March 2010 (Thursday), at the RSB Boardroom, Robinsons Savings Bank, 17th Floor Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA, Quezon City at exactly ten o’ clock in the morning.
