Are you missing your Robinsons Bank eSOA?
Did you request for your One-Time Password (OTP) via e-mail and never received it?
These e-mails may have been delivered to your ‘Clutter’ or ‘Junk’ folder.
To help ensure that e-mails from a known sender are delivered to your active inbox, you may perform the following:
Add the sender email address to your Contact list
o Right click the sender’s email address the choose “Add to Outlook Contacts” and,
Transfer the email messages from your Clutter / Junk folder to your Inbox
o Drag and Drop the message(s) from one folder to another, or;
o Select the message(s) and click on “Move to Inbox”
