1. Can I transfer funds to an account to another bank?
Yes, our Direct2Bank service is a simple, convenient and secure electronic funds transfer service that allows you to transfer funds from your Robinsons bank account to another local bank account within the Philippines.
Transfers that are processed via InstaPay facility. This allows customers to transfer funds up to Php 50,000.00 per transaction to any InstaPay participating bank’s account 24/7. Funds are credited in real time.
Transfers that are processed via PesoNet facility. This allows customers to transfer funds with a higher value to any domestic bank account. Funds will be credited on the same day if transaction is submitted before the prescribed cutoff.
Transfers that are processed via RTGS. This allows customers to transfer funds with a higher value to any domestic bank account. Funds will be credited as soon as the beneficiary bank receives the instruction if transaction is submitted before the prescribed cutoff.
2. Can I transfer using any of my Robinsons bank account to another Bank’s account?
The source account can be any of your Personal or Joint Or and Joint And Peso Current or Savings accounts.
For transactions initiated in Personal Online Banking (POB), Joint And accounts will not be allowed as the funding account.
3. How do I transfer funds to another bank?
For Direct2Bank PesoNet, you may go to any of our branches and fill up the Direct2Bank Domestic Application Form. Make sure you provide the correct information on the beneficiary to avoid being rejected by the receiving bank.
To save on fees and a trip to the branch, Direct2Bank is also available on our Personal Online Banking (POB) website and mobile app. You must be enrolled to POB in order to use the Direc2Bank facility online.
4. When will the funds be available in the receiving account?
The availability of funds to the receiving account shall depend on the facility used to carry out your transaction.
If funds are urgently needed, the RTGS or Direct2Bank InstaPay facility may be used.
Same Day Transfers
If funds are not time sensitive and may be credited anytime from 4pm to 11pm, the Direct2Bank PesoNet facility may be used.

6. How will I know if my interbank fund transfer is successful?
For transfers made online or through mobile, you will receive an email notification with the transaction details and reference number.
Direct2Bank PesoNet and RTGS
For non-instant transfer, your branch of account will contact you to inform you if the transaction has been rejected.
7. If my interbank funds transfer is not successful, how will the money be refunded to me?
For Direct2Bank InstaPay transactions, transfer amount will be reversed instantly.
For Direct2Bank PesoNet and RTGS transactions, if the recipient’s bank rejects the interbank fund transfer, for example, because of an invalid account number, the transfer amount will be returned to your account on the next banking day after the transfer.
8. Is there a maximum limit on the amount of funds I can transfer?
For Direct2Bank InstaPay, you may only transfer up to P50,000 per transaction.
If you are transacting online, a daily limit of P200,000 is set for Direct2Bank PesoNet.
9. I have transferred money to the wrong account. How do I attempt to recover the funds?
a. Print the email notification with the wrong account number that you have transferred to.
b. You may either call C3 or go to the nearest branch to immediately inform them of the incident.
c. Be ready to provide the following information:
· Date of transaction
· Your account number from which the funds were debited from
· The wrong account number to which funds were transferred to
· The name of the bank and the branch the funds were transferred to
· The transferred amount
· The transaction reference number if available
