Eligibility
  • Must be 21 to 65 years old; at least 16 years old for Supplementary Cardholders
  • Must be a Filipino Citizen or a Foreigner who is a permanent resident of the Philippines for the last two (2) years
  • Must have a Minimum Gross Fixed Annual Income of Php 180,000 if single and Php 240,000 if married
  • Must be a regular employee or has an existing business that has been operating for the past (2) years
  • Must have a working landline, a postpaid mobile phone and an existing email address
  • Must reside or work within an area where a Robinsons Bank branch is located
Employed Applicants
  • Copy of the latest ITR duly stamped as received by the BIR Form 2316 signed by the employer’s authorized representative
  • Latest payslip for one month
  • Original Certificate of Employment (COE) indicating the status, tenure, and compensation details
  • One (1) valid and unexpired photo-bearing Proof of Identification
Self-Employed Applicants
  • Copy of the latest ITR duty stamped as received by the BIR and Audited Financial Statements for at least two (2) years
  • Copy of Registration of Business Name (Mandatory Requirement)
  • Last three (3) months bank statement (optional)
  • One (1) valid and unexpired photo-bearing Proof of Identification

Multiple Payment Processing Fee The cardholder is charged when he/she pays thru payment centers other than Robinsons Bank. Cardholder will be charged for every payment starting from the third payment onwards. P40 P40
Returned Check Fee This is charged to the cardholder when a check payment is dishonored or returned due to insufficient funds or uncollected deposits, etc. P1,000 P1,000

You may choose to settle either your Total Amount or Minimum Amount Due reflected on your Credit Card statement of account.
