Cadetship Program is an accelerated career roadmap where qualified candidates will undergo a fast and rigorous blended learning program, project studies, panel evaluation, and meticulous deliberation that will enable them to become high-performing talents who are equipped and ready with excellent skills and wide array of knowledge of the technical and functional aspects of Information Technology, Digital Tech, and Business Process Transformation field. 

WHO IS THE BEST FIT FOR THE ROLE?

• Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ECE, or Computer Engineer in Y2022.
• With outstanding academic performance
• Demonstrated leadership skills in College extra-curricular activities
• Interest working in a banking and finance industry

SELECTION PROCESS:

There are 4 stages of the selection process. At all times, we will notify you of the outcome, whether successful or not.

Step 1: Submit your application online. We will review your CV and work-related/thesis related qualities. If found suitable, we will shortlist you for the next round.

Step 2: You need to pass the IQ examination and Technical examination. If you passed the examination, we will shortlist you for the next round.

Step 3: Attend an HR online interview.

Step 4: Attend the panel interview. This is a technical interview where you can showcase your skills and find out more about the position that we are considering you.

The complete application assessment process usually takes around 3 weeks from the time applications close.
