Step 1: Click “Forgot Password”
Step 2: Enter User I.D and click “Submit”
Step 3: Enter One-Time-Password (OTP) sent to your mobile and click “Submit OTP”
Step 4: You’ll receive a temporary password via email and SMS
Step 5: Log-in using the temporary password
Step 6: you’ll be asked to change password and click “submit”
