Relationship Manager
Over-all account management, which spans from loan account acquisition, loan account management and remedial loan management for Corporate/Commercial/SME’s.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS)
- Directs and supervises all loan acquisition programs, loan documentation, loan management, loan pricing, etc
- Evaluates and recommends to management all types of corporate/commercial loans such as but not limited to structured loans, project financing, term loans, short-term revolving loans, etc
- Generation of Loan Assets through product development involving product conceptualization, documentation, pricing, sales and marketing, etc.
- Handles all negotiation, evaluation, recommendation and presentation of credit/loan applications to management
- Assist the Branches in loan account acquisition, loan account management an deposit generation
- Ensures that all loan accounts conforms to the regulations set-forth by the BSP, the Bank and other regulatory groups
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCY)
- Must be a graduate of a finance or business related course
- Must have at least 3 years relevant experience in Credit/Loan or Account Management
- Good communication skill, suitable for frontline, resourceful, patient, analytic, excellent organizational and financial savvy
