Human Resource Associate (Recruitment and Support Onboarding)
JOB SUMMARY :
Assists the Recruitment Officer/UHead particularly in the onboarding of the newly hired employees. In additional, he/she shall perform administrative functions to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement the Onboarding process as follows:
– Pre-employment requirements orientation of new sign-ups
– Monitoring of submission of the pre-employment requirements
– Coordination with third party service providers for background investigation/lifestyle check, pre-employment medical, etc.
– Coordination with different units related to employee onboarding
– Release of Acceptance and Induction notices
– Pre-employment requirements orientation of new sign-ups

• Run the NFIS check on qualified candidates
• Assist and support the immediate superior in all programs and undertakings related to recruitment, manpower planning, and HR to attain the banks’ goals and targets.
• Issue reminders and notices and monitors the completion of Regularization Reports
• Collects, maintains, analyzes and interprets HR data to create appropriate reports and statistical analysis for making sound management decisions
• Assist and support the immediate superior in all programs and undertakings related to recruitment, manpower planning, and HR to attain the banks’ goals and targets.
• Issue reminders and notices and monitors the completion of Regularization Reports

• Prepare regular reports such as but not limited to the following:
– Weekly Mancom Report
– Weekly Vacancies Report
• Can be assigned to do recruitment and hiring functions from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS (COMPETENCY-BASED)
Education
• Must be a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course

• With banking experience
