Responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of the Bank’s organizational needs and the
design, implementation and evaluation of programs that support the Bank’s overall business strategy on
culture, employee engagement, and leadership continuity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Employee Engagement and Culture Programs:
1. Annual Pulse Employee Engagement Survey
2. Exit Reports
3. Analysis, Diagnosis and proposal of interventions for selected groups &/or organization
4. Recognition Programs (including JGS’ Annual Pride in Performance)
5. Idea Generation Program
6. Internal Communication Programs
7. Corporate Social Responsibility
Special Projects:
• Education to employment program partnership with Gokongwei Brothers Foundation
• Partnership with JG Summit and other companies in CSR and other programs

II. Talent Management
1. Organizational Design – Annual Review and Management-initiated changes
2. Key Result Area (KRA) and Balanced Score Card (BSC)
3. Employee Promotion
4. Advancement Planning (Succession Planning)
5. Career Management of High Potentials (Includes Tracking of Individual Development Plan –
IDP)
6. Competency-Based System
7. Job Evaluation

 

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCY):
Education:
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Communication, or equivalent
• Master’s Degree is an advantage
Experience:
• With at least 5 years of extensive experience in Organization Development
Competencies:
• Organizational Development – Ability to facilitate and maintain productive organizational
relationships, strategize and implement planned change efforts, and continually assess the impact
of OD programs on individuals and groups and across all organizational levels and iterate (as
needed), towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.
• Leadership and Career Development – Ability to define, monitor and evaluate job dimensions,
career paths and development plans for organization leaders (Management and Executives) and
rank-and-file personnel.
• Structuring and Job Design – Ability to effectively analyze, standardize, and streamline
organization and job content, design and structure and ensure that these are aligned with the
organization’s business strategies.
• Employee Relations – Ability to encourage employee engagement, build strong image identity and
support among employees, adapt best practices and implement polices to create productive and
harmonious working relationships.
