Institutional Tribe Lead
JOB SUMMARY
Drive the digital initiative of a business group to deliver excellent customer experience, generate revenue for the business, and provide value to its customers
Lead the assigned Tribe anchored on RBank’s Core Values of Concern for Individual, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, Integrity and Change, towards the fulfillment of RBank’s Mission and Vision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on value creation, growth, and serving customers.
- Set priorities and objectives and provide marching orders to the squad under them
- Develop the right strategies and tactics to deliver desired business outcome, like true general managers or mini-CEOs
- Recommend how much to invest. Accountable for the business case.
- Determine the number of squads and builds cohesive team
- Sets the KPIs. Determines outcome and what work needs to get done, prioritize opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCY):
Education:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Communication or equivalent
Experience:
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, product development, or banking operations
- Familiar with customer journey and the other customer-related processes and is capable of understanding the customer experience
- Clear understanding of how to develop a business case
- Above-average attributes in organization, planning & execution of project management
- Must be a team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels of the business
