Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) Facility

Program Guidelines
  1. Enrollment
    1. Credit Cardholders (the “Cardholders”) of  Robinsons Bank Corporation (the “Bank”) with existing Peso Savings Account or Current Account (“Deposit Account”) with the Bank may avail of the Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) Facility of the Bank, an automated payment facility whereby the Bank is authorized by the account holder to automatically debit a certain amount from the nominated Deposit Account which shall be used to settle or pay either the Minimum Amount Due or the Total Amount Due based on the statement of account for the enrolled credit card.
    2. To avail of the ADA Facility, the Cardholder shall open and/or maintain a Deposit Account at any branch of the Bank.
      1. The nominated Deposit Account must be active and under the name of the Cardholder. 
      2. For “joint and/or” Deposit Accounts, the concurrence of the co-depositor evidenced by the co-depositor’s signature on the ADA Enrollment/Maintenance Form (ADA Form) shall be required.
    3. For existing Cardholders, he/she shall submit a completely filled out and signed ADA Form to any Branch of the Bank. The authorized Branch Officer of the Bank shall authenticate the accomplished ADA Form and shall verify the signature/s of the accountholder.
    4. New Credit Card applicants who wish to avail of the ADA Facility shall accomplish the ADA Form and submit the same to any branch of the Bank for signature verification.
    5. The Receiving branch of the Bank shall keep a photocopy of the ADA Form and file it together with the Cardholder’s Know Your Customer (KYC) documents. If the Cardholder submits the accomplished ADA Form to:
      1. Branch of Account (BOA): The Branch Officer shall forward the verified ADA Form to the Bank’s Cards Business Group - Service Quality Unit.
      2. Non-Home Branch: The Branch Officer shall email and send a copy of the verified ADA Form to the Cardholder’s BOA to advise the BOA of the request. Thereafter, the Non-Home Branch shall forward the verified ADA Form to the Bank’s Cards Business Group - Service Quality Unit.
    6. The Bank shall send the Cardholder an SMS notification to his/her registered mobile number confirming that the enrollment of his/her credit card to the ADA Facility of the Bank was approved. 
  2. Modification / Maintenance
    1. Should the Cardholder wish to change the nominated Deposit Account details (e.g. Account Ownership, Account Number, Branch) or modify his/her ADA instructions (e.g. from Minimum Amount Due to Total Amount Due and vice versa), the Cardholder shall fill out and sign a new ADA Form for this purpose and submit the accomplished ADA Form to any Branch of the Bank. 
    2. The authorized Branch Officer of the Bank shall authenticate the accomplished ADA Form and shall verify the signature/s of the accountholder.
    3. The Bank shall send the Cardholder an SMS notification to his/her registered mobile number confirming that the modification of his/her ADA Facility was approved.
  3. Cancellation
    1. Should the Cardholder no longer wish to avail of the ADA Facility, the Cardholder may request for disenrollment from the ADA Facility. For this purpose, the Cardholder shall accomplish the ADA Form and submit the accomplished ADA Form to any Branch of the Bank.
    2. The Bank shall send the Cardholder an SMS notification to his/her registered mobile number confirming that his/her ADA disenrollment request was approved.
    3. Disenrollment from the ADA Facility shall take effect on the next billing cycle.
  4. Payment Application
    1. The Bank’s cut-off time for receiving requests is 2:00 PM.  Requests received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.  The ADA request (enrollment, maintenance or disenrollment) shall be processed within three (3) to five (5) banking days from the date the accomplished and verified ADA Form is received by the Bank’s Cards Business Group - Service Quality Unit.
    2. Once the ADA Form is successfully validated and approved, debit/s from the nominated Deposit Account and payment of the enrolled Robinsons Bank Credit Card shall be reflected on the next Statement of Account.
    3. The Cardholder shall ensure that the available balance in his/her nominated Deposit Account is sufficient on his/her Due Date (within banking hours) to cover the Minimum Amount Due or Total Amount Due, as the case may be.
    4. The ADA payment shall be posted on the Cardholder’s Credit Card due date. 
    5. If the Cardholder’s account balance is not sufficient to cover the Minimum Amount Due or Total Amount Due, as the case may be, whatever available deposit fund shall still be debited from his/her nominated Deposit Account. The account balance of the nominated Deposit Account will then be zeroed-out/emptied and will not have any available amount to cover the maintaining balance. The applicable fees and interests shall be charged to the Cardholder should there be any remaining unpaid balance after the credit card due date.
    6. The ADA payment is processed only once a month. The Cardholder, however, may pay through other alternative channels, such as the Bank’s branches, Robinsons Business Centers located at Robinsons Department Stores, Personal Online Banking, 7-Eleven branches using CLiQQ machine, accredited ECPay partner outlets and BancNet through its website at www.bancnetonline.com and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
  5. Credit Card Replacement
    1. In case the enrolled Credit Card has been replaced due to lost/stolen/damaged card, the ADA enrollment will automatically be transferred to the Cardholder’s new Credit Card number. For upgraded/downgraded accounts, it shall be the duty of the Cardholder to call the Bank’s Customer Care Center for cancellation of the enrolled Credit Card. If the Cardholder wishes to continue availing of the ADA Facility, the Cardholder may enroll his/her new Credit Card to the Program.
    2. The Bank shall send the Cardholder an SMS notification to his/her registered mobile number confirming that his/her ADA re-enrollment request was approved.
    3. The Bank shall not be held liable for penalties, fees, charges, and interests incurred by the Cardholder from non-payment of the Minimum Amount Due or Total Amount Due if the Cardholder fails to enroll his/her new Credit Card to the Program.
  6. Robinsons Bank Corporation Credit Card Terms and Conditions
    1. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the Robinsons Bank Mastercard Credit Card shall also apply to the ADA Facility.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to revise, supplement, update, and to otherwise modify the ADA Facility Program Guidelines and to impose new or additional rules, policies, and terms and conditions on the use of the same at any time without prior notice.

  2. Submit the completely filled-out ADA Request Form at any Robinsons Bank branch near you.
  3. Wait for the SMS notification to be sent to your registered mobile number as a confirmation of your ADA request.
